I bought this DVD at Fry's about 4 years ago, without even knowing what it was or who he was, I bought it cause the description in the back of the box intrigue me and because it was cheap! (right on those shelfs with the old cd to learn japanese, french and spanish just before you hit the cash register).
It was awesome! loved it.

just bought a fully legit legal copy of the film. feels good :)
this movie is perfect for so many moods that i may be in:
angry-calm
uncreative-creative
exausted-refreshed
uninspired-inspired
urbanized-centralized ha!
etc. etc.what are your thoughts/feelings after watching this?

I met Andy several years ago in the South of England and chatted with him about his work; a very approachable chap who's fascinating to speak with.
Didn't realise he had a film out, though - thanks for the headsup.

somebody told me they had worked with him and he was a real jerkoff

I love his work too. Coincidentally, I recently moved into a house that his assistant lived in during the 80s. We have seven pieces on our land that he and this assistant built. Amazing stuff. Slowly returning to the earth.

I saw his show in Austin, TX a couple of years ago and was blown away. Since then I have been a big fan and loved the film. I highly recommend watching R/T.

this was the first artist to inspire me back when i was in high school. I was blown away by the contrast of natural/man-madeness in his stuff. very cool.
btw i've never seen his film, i've only seen his books.
