:D

siding with the law, not the officer
everyone should stop making this personal.
the cop did his job and the man wouldn't respect the mans position as an officer
whats hard to understand here?

(Jan 11 07, 13:30)hahahahahahahahahaahahahahahaaha...
that's all I have to say here
- version30
glad you like it, (with your biased point of view) :)
- Crouwel0
we don't even have a word for this. jaywalker, just now i learned what it means...
having that said, i think half of Amsterdam would be on death row by now..
- Witt0
hello jaynne.
- lowimpakt0
100 dead cops
- kelpie0
yes V4, I am very biased against non criminal people being wrestled to the ground and surrounded by police for crossing the road.
what's so hard to understand here?

i'm glad he got a beating. not cos he was jaywalking but because he sounds like an insufferable pompous twat.
to wit:
He told the Times that his colleagues now regard him as "as a combination of Rambo, because it took five cops to pin me to the ground, and Perry Mason, because my eloquence before a judge obtained my immediate release".
orly?:
The charges of jaywalking and disorderly conduct were dropped after he appeared in traffic court the next day and pleaded with the officer that any record could jeopardize his immigration status in the United States, police said.
pu-leeeeeze mistah judge, let me keep my perfect record. whimper, whimper, rambo my arse. what a nob.
- chossy0
it's a nightmare for everyone in the US cause the slightest little thing gets everybody jumpy.
A dude just ignored my order for him to not cross the road *b'ding terrorist, ok pal show me some id, he's just asked for mine therefore refusing to show me his *b'ding terrorist. Aieee cut him down and pure stomp on him etc.
I can see both points of view on this one. The idiot brit guy should have known that when an officer asks for your ID you just show them it simple as that. Perhaps the officer shouldn't have been so eager to hack the cunt down to the floor.
- chossy0
in fact fuck it I hate that guy I hate him so much, if I ever saw that guy who got a beating by the fuzz I'd throw a hot cup of coffee on him.
- kelpie0
that would be my beef here too, laws are laws but the guys method leaves a lot to be desired.
para, is giving a guy a shoein' cos he's a pompous twat legal in the states?
I'd better never go there then. :-/
- chossy0
aye if you ever refer to dinner as supper you get a beat down from paraselene, thats pompus like a mother fucker.

(Jan 12 07, 03:49)did you read other accounts of the incident or only the initial one published by the bbc? i have linked other articles that describe a different scenario. one of which is a local atlanta paper and another to a scanned fax of the police report
i feel bbc is sensationalizing something into more than it was
- groundst0
Not the same; however, just as bad.
The point of this exercise is to illustrate how ignorant authorities are, no matter what nationality.
- Crouwel0
oh come on now.. you guys are choosing the side of the state now.
have you seen that there's an actual police line there? are they fucking mental beyond belief???
- johndiggity0
obviously part of the neo-con agenda.
