I have a client that, once we have created their website, want to be able to edit every page themselves on a 60 page site.
Do you guys know a good UK company that do that? Cheers.

what do you mean, exactly? the site is nothing more than 60 simpel static pages now? and they now want the ability to edit content on each one? do they want the ability to edit al content via a web browser, or a desktop app?
i am sure there are many UK dev groups who could do the latter- talk to moth here. if the former, Dreamweaver, or Contribute would accomplish this.
i can point you to a slew of CMSs dependong on tech. requirements, preferred technologies, etc.

This is what was in the brief.....
9.0 Content management
We need to be able to update the site ourselves (within the framework of the proposed design solution), as well as create and manage rich format emails using a content management system. We expect your proposed CMS to:• Have an intuitive interface
• Be easy to learn and use by non-technical staff
• Employ a tried and tested solution
• Enable multiple users to contribute
• Come with simple and easy to use workflow, approval and publish procedures
• Allow users to preview changes as they would appear on the site
• Have effective version control
• Have back-up, recovery, restore and archive functionality
• Enable the creation and management of html emailsIt would be useful to see examples of previous content management systems you have implemented in similar organisations. The Estate assumes that training will be given to use the CMS and is interested to proposals about how this will be undertaken.

you need a true CMS then. those are straightforward requirements i deal with all the time and deliver for clients.
are there any technology/language requirements you have as a shop or host?
any language or db architecture you are most comfortable/familiar with?

if it's static - contribute for the cms, then campaign monitor for the mailouts?

I have a company I can recommend for such work. They're an excellent dev company run by someone i know personally. Most of the work they do is with creative/design companies wher they provide the technical delivery similar to what you described.
Email me if you want me to pass their details to you

(Nov 16 06, 05:11)but contribute cannot employ redundancy or automated backups, no?
and comapign monitor is good, but there are a whole slew of others as well, tech. depending. and it is not an OS project, if that is a concern.
