i'd like a widget to tell if someone is on my wireless network. is there such a widget?

dude, i moved! lay off! i stopped stealing your wifi months ago!
err.. i mean.. yeah, that would be a nice widget to have...so i could see who is on my new neigh...i mean, my wifi network.
in all honesty though, i usually leave my wifi open. i mean, it's nice to be able to connect when you are traveling through random "default" wifi without having to go through the hassle of paying, or worse, having to use the machine at the local coffee shop.
but that is just me.

no i was just curious to see if anyone other then who i know is on it. i have it set up with passwords and such.. but just in case i'd like to know.
i guess i'm just old fashion that way.

your router status pages should list who is connected... 'Connected Devices' or something similar.
If you don't want people connecting...
- set up WEP or WPA
- switch on Access Control by machine MAC number
- don't broadcast the SSIDbut you could just be nice and share too...
It shouldnt be a mystery who's on there..its your choice.

I remember seeing a widget like that a while ago.. or maybe it was for a list of wireless networks in the area... anywho, it would be a nice widget.
