Google Calendar has some good features, including being free and online. You have to kind've formulate your own way but I've used it effectively to track time (colour coding business, work, fun) and using the top bar area you can span 'to do' items over a few days for when you've got to get them done. And keep dragging and dropping back burner stuff as time goes on. Give it a go if you've got a gmail account, I'm sure they'll only add to the functionality as time goes on. Spreadsheets are pretty cool as well.

http://sproutliner.com/ is very promising. You can use it online or download it onto your own, private server/computer.
I had some problems while trying to get it to work by itself on my computer, but that's mainly because I don't have much PHP/MySQL experience. You can still use it online though.
