Google Calendar has some good features, including being free and online. You have to kind've formulate your own way but I've used it effectively to track time (colour coding business, work, fun) and using the top bar area you can span 'to do' items over a few days for when you've got to get them done. And keep dragging and dropping back burner stuff as time goes on. Give it a go if you've got a gmail account, I'm sure they'll only add to the functionality as time goes on. Spreadsheets are pretty cool as well.
