Last month Sprint over charged me $190 for minutes I didn't use.
This month they over charged me $45. I'm sick of calling them and having them say "our fault, your account has been fixed". What service, plan and phone do you use?

I hate these cell phone providers raping us up the ass with their hidden charges.

no shit. they expanined that they're having troubles switching everything over to NEXTEL. I wonder how many people are paying these charges without questioning them?

i've found that tmobile is the best plan for the price and service by far.
although they all pretty much suck

i use cingular and have had no problems, although i hear tmobile is really good.
i have a monthly family plan and my soon-to-be wife and i haven't gone over only but once, but now we have rollover minutes so we're cool.

my roommate had t mobile and wasnt too thrilled with it. I have had good luck with verizon.

i think I'm going to switch to T Mobile. According to http://www.letstalk.com it's the best value for 1000 anytime minutes.

if you use under 450 min/month it makes sense to switch to a prepaid plan.

I had 500 mins and never went over until I killed my land line. Now I've been hitting about 600 mins and getting taxed for those extra 100 mins. What's the diff between "pre paid" and "pay as you go"?

i think it's the same thing.

fuck any provider thar does not use SIM, G3 or GSM technologies. that is just crap.
i was t-mobile for years and years and had to go to cingular recently and only after a month of account setup hell, has the service become super good.
i love t-mobile but had to switch due to outside circumstances. either one though is really good, iMO

Hmm...I was going to say Primus, but that's a Canadian company. It's the best: http://www.primus.ca/

I gotta say Verizon Wireless has been spot on for me. Although not the cheapest on the block, their coverage is excellent, customer service on the ohone has been stellar. On the downside, they seem the slowest to get new cool hardware and the sales help in their "phone centers" suck...

which plan do you have with sprint?

I had 500 anytime mins for 49.99 I just had to bump it up to 900 mins for 59.99. I know it sounds steep but they were going to charge me $150 just to get out of my plan. These fuckers are robbing us blind!
