Probably more so this year than last. I'm getting married in September and the other day I was on the phone with one of the players and he spilled the beans about wanting to pay for our honeymoon. I refused but was blown away by the offer.

Dodgers = Red Sox West
too bad they don't play each other this year, that would've been fun.

Just got back from a weekend in Arizona checking out a few Padres spring training games. Its something my brother and I do every year, although for the last couple times I've been bringing the GF along as well. Highly recommend it for those who have never been. Cheap weekend getaway and easy drive from SD or LA. Super chill, super fun, and almost always amazing weather. This year was no exception. Highlights included getting a foul ball from Pads prospect Matt Bush and getting Dave Roberts' autograph....Made me feel like I'm 12 again! Can't wait for the season to start.

who cares about Damon. What really matters is pitching, and the Yanks do NOT have it. Thats the one thing in MLB you cannot buy. the guys they have were good 10 years ago. Sox look good, but lots of ? marks.

METS BABY! METS! =)

I gotta say that the mets bought a pretty good team this year. Being a Sox fan, i understand what you must be going thru with pedro. always made me nervous. Delgado was a great pick up. He had a good year last year, and should thrive at Shea.

I predict the Cards and Indians in the series this year.
Look out for the Dodgers though, they have some amazing position players. If only their pitchers would show up!
go blue!

I'm hyped to see what my Phightin's will do. They've been un the cusp of the wildcard for like 4 years now, and I feel like they could do it this year....although I say this every year.
That said, we moved Thome, sorry Sox, for a great young center-fielder in Aaron Rowand, which solidified Ryan Howard's position at 1st. So there's two young power-hitters in the lineup just by moving Thome. And there's Chase Utley and J-Rol.
But - wtf are they going to do with ABSOLUTELY NO PITCHING!!!
how did they let Wagner go to the friggin Mets?????????!!!!!!!!!
F the Mets.

Who's going to games today?
I'm leaving in 3.5 hours for Pads vs Giants.
Should be very interesting to see the crowd's reaction to barry.
