i've got no problem with mrs...i even like to receive mail with mrs. "enter my husband's name here".

The Queen requires all non married women to be titled 'Miss' when she visits. this is irking to feminists who would always use 'Ms' under ALL circumstances.
Ms is more politically correct, unless as women, you are happy to be branded according to marital status.

a good rule of thumb is to use Ms. for an adult woman who's marital status you don't know.
miss is for anyone under 18 in my book.
