breaded veal cutlets
get some veal cutlets and a focaccia with plenty of herbs in it.
let the focaccia dry out over a couple of days and crush it to crumbs get an egg and whisk it,
dip each cutlet into the egg first and then the breadcrumbs, fry gently with a little olive oil till golden on both sides.serve it on a bed of lamb's lettuce and perhaps some roast new potatoes.. to roast them just cut them to size, put them in a sandwich bag, pour in a little olive oil and shake the bag till they're all coated lightly.. empty onto a baking tray and roast them till they're done..

this is super simple but ace:
1 chilli
1 pack of bacon
1 tub of mascarpone
1 load of pennecut the bacon into little bits, put it in a frying pan with no oil or fat or butter... chop the chilli and fry it in the pan with the bacon.
Cook the penne, once it's done drain it out...put it back on the cooker and empty the bacon and chilli over the top. Ladle on the mascarpone and stir it in on very very low heat. empty into bowls and eat. 12 minutes and delicious.

buy a whole chicken
cut 4 lemons into quarters
take lemons and jam the quarters into the cavity with a bunch of fresh cilantro.
take the chicken and put into a plastic bowl, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken. mince 6 cloves of garlic and spread out over chicken. cut up one vidalia onion and spread around chicken in bowl. pour enough soy sauce over chicken to cover the entire surface of the bird and so you have a bit in the bottom of the bowl. cover it, throw it in fridge overnight.
next day, put whole chicken on a pan and pour over the rest of the marinade. put in oven on 350-375 F for at least an hour depending on the weight of the bird.
