dinky, the people who go out and assault people are going to do it whether some stupid guy on the internet likes mexicans or not
scarabin
(Jul 2 05, 23:26)true enough but when they are motivated by what they see in classic group think, they are more likely to do it.

i am waiting for the US gov to start drafting illegal mexicans
MrDinky
(Jul 2 05, 23:27)
+++that wouldn't be a new concept for the U.S. gov... and also - if the U.S. gov did such a thing - would that then make the illegal 'legal'?
- MrDinky0
i thought that you didnt have to be a us citizen to join the army. i thought you could just be drafted if you were a resident.
japanese americans during the 40-50s werent americans but they either volunteered or drafted to "earn" their citizenship.
who knows same thing may happen
- MrDinky0
if they started to draft mexicans, i could see drop in illegals in US.
if you get caught crossing the border or at residence, you were given a choice to go to war (come alive and get a greencard) or deported, what would people choose?
- emokid0
ponyboy, since you live close to all the action, how big of a problem is this? and is there a plausible solution?

not exactly the same thing - but recall what Scorese showed us vividy in 'Gangs of New York' when the Irish (and other immigrants) who got off the boats were immediatly put into a Uniform and sent off to fight in the civil war.
They had the option of paying 300 to get out of the draft... but that kind of money was impossible to come up with in those days...
- usrper0
i think you do

sneakier sneaking

watch Lou Dobbs on CNN and on any given night, you will see the extensive problems in borders and out sourcing.
i say draft the illegals, see how loyal they are to the country who has given them freedom.

- scarabin0

emo... after being here a while you don't see 'the problem' even if there is one. Everyday life is just that - everyday life. I don't see it as a 'problem' as much as it is something to 'talk about' and make an issue.
There are definite spots where all the day labor waits looking for work - and everyone knows these spots. Yeah - you glance when you're driving by them - but they're just looking to do work... mainly the grimey stuff we either don't want to do or have the time for.
I say leave 'em be. If you asked me a few months ago - I'd of said the opposite though.
Weird, until the dipshits decided to make a mockery of the U.S. by running down and being 'minute men' watching and reporting on the border... well - my tune's kinda changed.
Most of the 'illegals' I know of and come in contact with are busting their asses in some low-class job that requires a load of manual labor...
... also - check out the movie 'Lonestar' with Chris Cooper - it'll give you a good perspective of the lives the people who illegally cross from Mexico end up living... they endure alot of shit to try and have a life with some comfort in it.
bah... leave 'em be - if you catch 'em here working - I think if that's what they're doing - let them stay... but watch them. Put them on some sort of probationary status that requires they check in for an extended period of time (test them for drugs etc also)...
... the U.S. should bend a little - not because they should 'be nice' but because I don't see it ever being possible to stop the illegal immigration.

i was very compelled to walk in and get stuff to read
but when i saw the inbread pale white girl sitting at the desk in a 2000 sq room with just one desk, i decied not to.
MrDinky
(Jul 2 05, 20:39)that's not very nice, mrdinky. why would you have to point out that she's white? and then emphasize it by saying pale and furthermore inbred?, all in a derogatory sense?
that sounds like some racist shit to me.

MrDinky
(Jul 2 05, 23:37)And if you live n the southwest of the USA, you know how big the problem is. It's not funny and what this guy did has been done before by many groups of people.
Not to mention you have US citizens with weapons guarding our borders trying to keep the thousands from crossing.
- SoulFly0
the article says he got release forms from the joke victims to put his videos on a DVD. How come the immigrants never even seemed bothered by the fact that there is some idiot on the passanger seat with a camcorder? Of course they already new in advance that there was something going on.
The other thing is, what is someone got hurt? what he's doing is totally against the law. He wouldn't drive people around like that (regardless of their legal status) if he didn't have them sign some sort of release form first.
It's fake, and it's not funny at all.
- MrDinky0
now that i think about it, soulfly that is very true
i seen on news where they put tv cameras on them, they start running or cover their face.
either way its wrong.
and not even close to being a political statement.

scarabin you rock!
Everybody would think it was brilliant if it was tined down a bit and on the Chapelle Show.
