k, don't continue reading if you actually wanna see this movie..
anyway, my girlfriend drags me out to see this flic. it's not bad overall, I didn't feel like I was wasting my time exactly. definately a chick flic. does it bug anyone else that Alphie falls for old ass Susan Sarandon? c'mon now... he's the euro pimp! one night he's hittin' the super hot blonde honey, then he falls for racoon eyes?? I don't get it.. boo

i'm surprised because it is similar to the original in this sense. Alfie thinks he knows it all and has got women sussed: all the moves, the clobber etc. He's a right bastard and somewhat aware of it but carries on all the same. then one day wallop he falls for the old girl because she diffrent - she gives him what the young pushover girls haven't before: a run for his money - he's caught by utter surprise. she gives him the run around and therefore he has to rethink his existence. yano?
still don't know if i want to see jude law play this...DVD i think
