    hey, ok now its time for a new digital camera.....im just after good quality photos, and maybe the ability to go into manual mode?any1 got any tips on what brand or what model to look at....im after a middle range priced one.

    i don't personally own one, but i think for the price the canon digital rebel is your best bet. you can find it for $800 for sure. plus it's able to use all EOS lenses. a couple of friends have it and have yet to complain.
