It's possible, but if you can afford it, get a 15"
I have a 12" as my secondary machine for on the road, and it's great for that - so easy to pack. I don't think I'd recommend it as your primary machine though.

I agree with arthur, I have a 12" as my road machine...
I could not imagine it as my only option though

Hey, thanks guys!. Yeah, it would be a secondary machine. But I will be doing a bigger project (website) on it, would that be a total nightmare?

i love my 15"
if you're a designer, i'd get a 15"
for a writer, or somebody who just fucks around in photoshop and illy a little bit, then the 12" is a good option - so portable!

i couldnt operate in flash on 12"
i would kill myself

Agreed nick. I have a 12, but I have a big screen for when I need to work at home. Thats the way to go. for what you would pay extra for a 15, or even less, you can buy a 17 or 19 inch flatscreen.

go with the 15"
it's still pretty small and the viewing area is large enough.
plus you can get 1.5GHz with the 15"

I have no problem, with the 17inc like it goes were ever i go

"i couldnt operate in flash on 12"

damn, i can't even operate flash on my 21 without having to shuffle through the damn palletes every other freakin' second. so annoying

Even the 15 would drive me crazy if i was trying to get serious work done. Thats why I went w/ the 12.
It packs alot of power and no matter what, I was going to hook it to a bigger screen anyway.
