interns, are a waste of time anyway. I dont know how there expected to learn anything in such a short period of time. We have one at the moment and he's a right tosser. He thinks he knows everything and he sits at his desk with his headphones on tapping on the desk and nodding his head. twat. sorry whinge over

"advanced skills in..."
that's what interns are interns for. to learn the advanced skills. once you hire someone with those skills already available to them, YOU'RE HIRING A FUCKING DESIGNER, NOT AN INTERN.
Thankyou.

Interns are the new black...

Really. If someone is so naturallly talented with advanced skills and strong knowledge why would they want to work for free.
If they were that skilled I would hope they would have a clue about aspects of the design and production process.
That IS for a real designer, not an intern.

There should be a Designers Union!

interns = the worse thing ever.
spending like 5+ extra hours on a job fixing where they fucked up / explaining-re-explaining. ;///\
- dstlb0
You can work round that by only 'employing' interns with advanced skills.
Cheapskate bastards. Haven't seen too many CEO Intern adverts around recently.

Firstborn should be blacklisted.

I'm not against interns. You need to start somewhere. Nobody is born with knowledge. The companies that are constantly looking for "slave" labor are the ones that really disgust me...

indeed. nothing wrong with the 'apprentice' angle - this is something that's overlooked in the industry, unless you can find a mentor that appreciates what they do as a 'craft'. it's unfair i think to expect to use someone for f-all in this age. we all remember how hard it was starting out after all don't we?

Never did buy into the internship bullshit.
Go too job and cash thank you.

the link goes to 'fuckoff.com' charmingly.

think they are asking a bit much too.

my bad as you cool kids say.
I noticed the real one earlier and thought it was the same as the one yahoooo posted. (very funny) haha.
