islamic/Tibetan font style

you know that cool as look writing they have, with the dots ontop of certain letters, im looking for somthing that looks that style but is actualy in english
one font ive come accross is 'cottingly' but still not quite what im after
anyone else have any suggestions?

these are Sankrit and Hindi and languages that branched from them.

This makes no sense.
That "style" they have isn't a style, it's their alphabet. Those "dots" are there because they're a part of the letter. They're not there to be stylish.
So, you want something like that but in English? American and British English, the 26 letter alphabet, has no letters that require anything like that.
Other languages like french, spanish, swedish, require those becuase of how letters are pronounced.
You wouldn't use a Ç for an english word. You wouldn't use ó for an english word.If anything you would set the keyboard to type those letters. I used to do that for french homework and it was great.

And sorry if my post is contradictory or doesn't make sense, but what I got from your question is that you wanted something in English that has those features, but if you're wanting that for english words used by people who speak english, then there are not letters like that.
