    This makes no sense.

    That "style" they have isn't a style, it's their alphabet. Those "dots" are there because they're a part of the letter. They're not there to be stylish.

    So, you want something like that but in English? American and British English, the 26 letter alphabet, has no letters that require anything like that.
    Other languages like french, spanish, swedish, require those becuase of how letters are pronounced.
    You wouldn't use a Ç for an english word. You wouldn't use ó for an english word.

    If anything you would set the keyboard to type those letters. I used to do that for french homework and it was great.
