*pfffft*
- ecnalab0
don't mean to start another debate...here or to make it seem like I hate my country...(cause i don't)
but why are all the tightwad moralistic comments on this thread from the USA?
- sexypixel0
same deal in sydney, sniffer dogs patrol the trainsations, nightclubs and bars. Nothing worse than a german shephard sniffing your crotch while having a beer and an e.
You can blame the gorverment using terrorism as the excuse. A perfect chance for them to bring a police state without the public being able to jack shit about it
- sexypixel0
A friend of mine set up a website call snifferdogs alert. basically, if you were on a sydney train and saw snifferdogs, you send an sms to the website, the website then sends that same sms out to all its members. It made the news and the police managed to shut it down. great idea tho.
- jevad0
that IS a great idea!!

i would just like to say that marijuana has always been a positive catalyst in the art world.
don't bitch about weed unless you throw out every album you own and strip your walls of half their paintings first.
fucking baudelaire smoked pot.
it's not the monster media makes it out to be.
- jevad0
word nathan.
how's the skating coming?
- via0
hahaha. who gives a shit if it's inspired artwork and music, it's still illegal.
hell, gacy painted clowns, i guess serial killers are cool too.
- scarabin0
comparing marijuana users to serial killers is idiotic.
- jevad0
*shock*
it's illegal!
*end shock*
and I bet you never jaywalked right?
too much self-righteousness in this thread
*barf*
- sexypixel0
the whole 'zero tollerance' thing is inapproriate and inhumaine.
the punishment should fit the crime and should not be pre determined.
- via0
gawdam i can't beleive you people. he broke the law, he got caught, end of story.
his own fault.
it be like me crying over a speeding ticket and saying, "but i'm a nice guy!"
who gives a shit.
- jevad0
good comeback
- sexypixel0
this has nothing to do with anybody being a nice guy, jesus. the argument is about civil liberties.
Police are now allowed to search you in public without any reason. If you see this as being ok then ok, let the fuckers walk all over you.
- via0
if a drug enforcement dog smells drugs on you, then they can search you under suspicion.
if there was no dog, and they randomly pulled you aside, then that's wrong.
- Abby_Someone0
Wrong! They had a reason. One of their dope sniffing dogs picked up the sent of weed on some stupid ass who was carrying it.
I have no problem with people who smoke pot. I really think it should be decriminalized. Until it is though, being shocked that you were arrested for possessing it will fall on my deaf ears.
Break the law, no matter how stupid you may think it is, go to jail.
Now if we can get this Age of Consent law repealed I can think of a few 13 year olds I like to have some quiet time with...
- sexypixel0
drug enforcement dogs, on a train, during the day, for a small bag of weed. come on, its a bit heavy handed, Im not arguying that he broke the law or not, of coarse he did, but all that for a bag of weed.... public transport is hard enough without having to deal with that shit
- sexypixel0
and the law should not be black and white
