I dont want a big commute.
near enough to town to have amenities close and fatpipe broadband.
..but close-ish to nature.Unfortunatley its about $150,000 NZ. i have to spend.
could I pick up a place in Piha for that? without rats in it?my girls' folks have got around £2-300,000 Sterling to throw at a property over there and the places they're looking at are tight.
