at my old job we had a guy come in who had a lip ring in (I have one too but would never wear it to a damn interview) especially since the job was for web graphics at an online PC retailer. The kid wouldn't stop sweating either I felt really bad for him. But I agree what the fuck are some of these kids thinking?? Being the cool designer can also be professional.
