  But seriously, how long have you worked with him?
  If you don't have the kind of relationship where you can talk honestly about the work you are both doing, and the issues surrounding the discontent, then you might be better off somewhere else.

  I hate that feeling of putting on the face that everything is OK, when inside, it's not. It eats away at you and drives you mad.
