    well I did just hear back from them, with apologies for the lost email the first time. looks like they are still in the search for a perfect universal paper. he offered to exchange it for some different paper that they wont have till the end of the month (which i'd rather not wait for) or a full refund, and made some suggestions regarding printer settings.

    although I'm not sure what I'll decide yet to wrap this project, I would say that I am pleased with the response I got, and I don't feel that the company is turning a blind eye to the issue. Pending results of their new paper they are having brought it, I would probably do business with Jewelboxing again.

    Still looking for someone with a laser printer in Philly as another option....
