easy.
1. get a courier uniform and bust inside using her name as the customer contact (you may need to order a courier to your place (nextdoor neighbour's would be better) and take him out to get it, maybe even a few to get the right size).
2. once inside ditch the uniform and swop for a suit. i'd recommend waiting in a toilet cubicle until someone on their own is at the urinal. hide the body in the cubical, locking it from the inside a crawl over / under the wall.
3. find her area and 'bump' into her. use the i was just called here from 'upstairs' for some "important identity related issues".
4. organise to meet her for lunch.
like i said, an easy, honest approach.
