I agree with a lot of the comments that have already been made.
I like the type treatment but I would avoid using it so close to the edge. the R especially gets lost and it weakens the impact of the name.
I would also go with a different color in place of the darker red on red. this also gets lost and is very hard to read.
the content type on the back of the biz card is too large. the logo has a very thin delicate feel but the typography ends up looking clunky against the logo.
These are all minor tweakings. the style and logo look good thoght. nice work.
