eficks - be careful of these fancy bonus schemes, what happens if you just pull up shy of total income? Do you get anything? If its an all or nothing type bonus, be careful and don't rely on it as part of your income.
Two choices, say yes, work like bugg*ry and then make sure they notice your TRUE skills and get you promoted, or take another job that suits you and challenges you
If they start seeing you for what you are truely worth, but dont give you a pay rise - you will start to be used and abused.
