the other side to it is after the 3 month payrise (which is still worse than my old pay) bonus's come into affect. the way they said it works is if revenue from me is 3 times as much as what im paid, 50% of all revenue that comes in after that I get as bonuses. sounds interesting, but also sounds like a lot of work and money to bring in before seeing anything.
