I caught that show on Discovery about all the Indian call centers. They actually have tons of classes where they try to speak with an American dialect. It is the worlds largest democracy, and it's only a matter of time before they are a superpower.
What was interesting was the balance of the new capitalism mixing with the old traditions, kind of like how Japan is, though not as advanced. It's all moving toward a global village, it's human nature.
