  ...the client who contacted me on whatsapp last week (after initial contact was all via email) and when i asked them not to, shot back with something like "apologies, but in my industry I'm expected to monitor all channels" ok, fair enough but that's your problem - but is now complaining that email is causing crossed wires which *might* be something to do with the fact that this one job now has FIFTEEN separate fucking threads. Also, I have to read their instructions about four or five times to work out what the fuck they mean. The last email I was wondering whether I'd had a stroke or something, it was so hard to parse.
