I hear you both. I know the best way to get a raise is change jobs.
I know all of my coworkers very well and I'm not too keen to switch jobs to an unknown.
But I also know I could possibly get $25k more, if not more.
I just don't know where I want to work and I don't want to get a job I enjoy less.
- take the time to present what you encapsulate as a creative. get all your ducks in a row then look. there is always unknown's that's the beauty of it.pockets
- I feel the same way. I could make a lot more but I love what I'm doing and like everyone I work with. I look around but I doubt I'll find something better.CyBrainX
