Anyone using a resin printer?
Picked up an Anycubic Mono 4K last Christmas. It was the highest print resolution on the market at the time. The build plate is small in comparison to extrusion printers, but the detail is unmatched.
We haven't used it since February, it just sits there covered.
This morning, I shook a bottle, poured it in the vat, plugged in the usb, turned it on, and pressed print. It made me 4 little pieces in 47 minutes.
I poured the unused resin back in the container, cleaning the vat while the parts cured in the UV station. Done.
The isopropyl alcohol cleanup and smell of some resins could be improved. The white I'm using now isn't bad at all. I have a transparent red, the quality / color is great, custom reflectors all day, but the smell.. O,,o
