People who enter food nutrition details into an app like Lose It! or MyFitnessPal, but don’t include all he macros. What’s the point of tracking your food if you put N/A for everything, and what’s the point of filling out, say, only grams of protein and leaving out fat grams, especially if that food is high in fat and detrimental to your daily totals?

And worse, why share incomplete foods with the public? I use LoseIt! and it’s full of incomplete items for this exact reason.

    • I've never liked these apps at all. when I was lifting, I ended up doing my macros for my menus myself on a spreadsheet. Accurate? Don't know.Continuity
    • Based everything on the nutrition labels on the food I bought, and hoped for the best.Continuity
