I really can't tell if this is serious or not. "24" sounds like Keifer Sutherland should be showing up.
I'd go with some Notebook-ish thing if you want to do this. It's about the couple starting a life together, not about their kid looking back at their wedding once they've moved on and he's going through old boxes.
Honestly, I don't see how you can pull this off. You'd need a super strong story, not just an arbitrary future date. What I picture is Hollywood-aged actors, but that has nothing to do with their celebration of TODAY, not decades away.
Suggestion: if you want to do some time traveling, think about what their lives are going to be about TOGETHER. Go shoot them in a studio and composite them all over the world, traveling, experiencing life together. add in some time travel stuff - like an ambiguous future (where you can tell they are older but not full makeup stuff) but one that is fun and full of possibilities.
Color: this also seems arbitrary, like a IG filter (please don't). I've seen so many wedding "stylized" with colors. Sometimes it's ok, but it'll date the photos instantly. Be careful. Colors can mean a lot or also be arbitrary.
That would be a TON of work, you'd have to have superb editing skills, etc. (to pull off compositing)
MOST IMPORTANT: you need to talk to you cousin, this all would have to go along with their wedding theme meticulously. If "time" is part of the theme, then you are good, if it's not, then you'll be layering something that has nothing to do with them and their wedding.
