Joke thread? I love that this forum because there are so many links to resources and an archive of good advice going back some 15 years (?). But the way this question was framed seems like you want us to write your pitch deck, and they're arent many here that will answer that strait. Next, youll be doing budget research on these specs and asking for prices on the job you scoped out here (don't do that). People get paid and hold an entire title or two for such work (EP & CD working together or maybe an AD and Producer, a director and an assistant, or a producer that taps their creative team to flesh out ideas and time estimates).
Usually when I need help that requires that much thought and planning, I reach out to someone here and roll them into the project for a price. It's fair for the work, especially if someone needs that much help to get a project off the ground and sell it.
I love banging out pitch decks and budgets. :D Im available to sort this out for you if you've got my day rate.
