The entire site looks like a mausoleum, start living in the present not in the past.
Every single content you have has a date so build the entire site on a usable and informative timeline. What you can slice into various topics.
Show the visitors the atmosphere of this location using sounds and/or small video clips.
Make a section with a 360 showrooms (that virtual tour is lol)
Do some video interviews with new/old guests people who know the history of the location
