    Any web developer that adds this shit to their stylesheet.

    What possible fucking reason could you have to specifically remove a fundamental navigation element - especially when most OS these days know whether to show it or not based on what input methods are available?

    • No reason to do it even for mobile. No mobile browser renders scrollbars regardless (other than a transparent overlay during scrolling)Nathan_Adams
