Comic-Con is so stupid. Congrats to the founders for figuring out how to make a shitload of money off these nerds.
I was there visiting a friend who lives across the street from it..There were so many people sleeping in the street and grass areas overnight just to get into the place. What a joke.
Lines to get into clubs were around the corner..and seeing people wearing full-blown costumes in 90 degree weather made them look even more stupid. Everywhere you look, people are just waiting in lines. People were getting arrested. It was a shit-show.
Carrying bags full of free shit that they'll just throw in a closet, or, if they're still in college, hang on their wall. I can't imagine waiting in line to see anything there.
The coolest thing about it is drinking at the bar with friends watching all of these idiots walk around. And the wraps on the hotels are pretty cool.
