    Douchebags who dial on speaker. There's this group of new hires here who, whenever they make a call, they hit speaker phone so everyone in a 100ft radius can hear a dial tone at full volume, and they dial a number and let it ring — all on speaker — only to pick up the phone when someone answers. It's the most annoying shit ever.
