  First, I like using a plugin like adminimize to remove unnecessary elements from the admin side.

  Next, I record short tutorial videos on how to accomplish common tasks in the site. I try to focus on the things I anticipate my client will actually do. For example, "How to update the pricing table."

  I have a "Support" tab in the admin that lists all the videos. So far, clients love it.
