    Every single individual involved in Australian Roads and Maritime and whatever the fuck else they might be called and claim to be responsible for.

    Renewing a car registration while living interstate is convoluted, expensive and fucking retarded. And since it's not standard Australia-wide (WHY THE FUCK NOT?), each state is zero help because it's the other's issue.
