Well it definitely LOOKS like those new star trek movies, which im fine with, I like those 2 movies a lot, but it doesnt look like star wars.

It looks so super polished, I kinda thought it would somehow have a bit of that raw look the original trilogy had but it doesnt at all.

Only complaint I have is that new sith guy seems like he is a darth vader fanboy, which doesnt make sense because Vader turned out to be good in the end. He killed Sidious and ended the empire, so this guys motivation seems really misplaced.

    • the scenes that don't look quite right to me involve all the ships / battles on planets - movements don't feel quite right particularly the Falconfadein11
    • there is always going to be a trade off though - these films are a for a new audience (along with all us SW nerds who grew up with it). Loads of good stuff infadein11
    • it I reckon...fadein11
    • unless Luke went all https://www.youtube.… then not many people know vader turned back to the light side and killed the emperorBluejam
    • Compared with the prequels that were mostly green screen this one seems to have way more practical effects and setsernexbcn
    • Kylo Ren is not a Sith.severian
    • I actually think it has more of the original feel in it than the polshed parts of his star trek filmsmonospaced
