Serious smashdown for the "contractor information security" training I have to do for working with a client, that I completed Friday, then got a notice today that I still have to complete it.
Tried to login, wouldn't accept password. Tried to reset password, used new password provided, and the system is obviously not in sync so got locked out.
Contacted a support email to have them confirm that I completed the training, and reset my login, received message telling me they don't handle login issues by email.
So now I have to call some number to be on hold for half an hour, then talk to someone who will take half an hour to solve my problem, and I'll probably still have to do the training all over again.
Worse, this stupid site requires incredibly strong passwords FOR A LEARNING SITE. Absolutely ridiculous how failed some technology can be. It pisses me off.
