People who take international vacations and feel the need to post on Facebook about everything they're doing as they're doing it. There's an acceptable level of doing this - maybe once in a trip, but I find people to be completely vapid when their vacation is dictated by sharing what they're doing in real time.

People need to live in the moment more. They need to put away their dependance on social media for just long enough to experience something for themselves rather than for the need to tell everyone about it. It drives me crazy.

    • People still post daily updates on FB?omahadesigns
    • Go to rainforest, bring selfie stick.omahadesigns
    • People live in the sight of the otherBen99
    • omaha - there are people who post hourly updates on their activities. I have a relative who craves attention and loves to brag, and they post constantly...mg33
    • ... glamorizing average things to feel important. they're in the Caribbean right now and will probably post 10 times each day.mg33
    • And this is going to be worst in the future. It's just the beginningBen99
    • Taking pictures and sharing them on social network is the way to feel alive. it's the way to officialize something. otherwise its like it never happend.Ben99
    • But that's the thing Ben - you can do so AFTER the thing happens. People live and die by the acceptance they get from instant approval. It's gross.mg33
    • Amen to original postset
    • I agree, i'm the worse at putting pics up in real time. also those who travel and have the need to document every single moment. you're missing out people.sea_sea
    • sea_sea, I have a backlog of travel photos going back to 2010. It's worked out, actually, to have new stuff to edit and post to my sites whenever I want.mg33
    • I won't run out any time soon.mg33

I don't take a camera on trips anymore. Use my eye-cam to post to my brain-feed.

    • So de-activate Facebook. I have never used it never will. It is a personal 'press release kit'. Everyone thinks they are famous. So glad to not be a part of itrabbit
    • But you'll tell us every little detail about some casino bouncer and your arm issue.ETM
    • I understand both sides of the argument. People like to post their vaca pics but then again yeah they may not appreciate the moment.docpoz
    • My god are they wasting their precious time. So better complain online about how other people are doing what I consider a timewaste!Peter
