I use it on the largest setting so I can fit more things on the screen, I don't mind the graphics being so small.For web/ print stuff you won't notice performance issues, even with multiple applications open at the same time.
However, I noticed that when I'm REALLY pushing the laptop running modul8 / madmapper mixing 1080 clips while in the sun, you can see a noticeable difference in speed/ performance if I switch to "actual size" over "More Space", and also "minimize" background apps that I don't need to see at that moment.
Like, the difference in speed is HUGE, like I skip playback frames unless I don't adjust settings, so the performance issues are there, perhaps you don't notice them unless you really push the graphics part.
