I find most of these technical bags a bit much and ugly. I guess it would be nice to have a DaKine or Lowepro for trips and camping or so, but for everyday use and just around the city I really want a Domke. I love the look but I also love the quality build and that you can carry on shoulder. I have found that's the best way, not on my back or slung across my back or on my belt like a fanny pack or any of that shit.

I got one last year which was the F-2 model and I paid about $120 for it through B&H only to receive and have it be way to small for my needs. I ended up sending it back and haven't gotten another one. The one I need is probably over $200 and I just haven't had the money for that. It's expensive but if you think about it it's a great investment for something you use everyday.

They are water proof worn looking canvas and they all even come with a finishing wax oil product to keep applying.

Also if you plan on carrying your MBP with you this may not be the best option I think.
