    my neighbors new girlfriends dog, who won't stop barking at random times of the day and night. especially when i'm trying to get some work done. don't understand how it doesn't bother them, unless they are too high to even notice. i get it's not the pups fault, but it's gonna get some goodnight juice from me if they don't handle him soon.
