These parasitic leeches scour the Internet via (Facebook, Linkedin, Reddit, Monster, Jobs Boards, QBN, etc...) looking for desperate companies...that are looking for fresh meat to fill their seats.
These P.O.S. recruiters constantly: call, email and harass employees at their respected places of work....trying to convince and purge them into another job position with another company so that they can collect their extortion fee.
