    albums the problem is that when you follow that analogy to its conclusion it enables corporations to do whatever they want.

    Product safety laws? Sorry, that's the domain of my private corporation. Child labor? Putting toxic chemicals in food? etc

    Ultimately these companies are operating technology on land that was developed and built with public tax dollars. If they are going to abuse their power, they should be nationalized and broken up just like AT&T was back in the 80s. Or at the very least forced to obey the simple principle of treating all traffic the same.
