Yeah I agree that this is what Comcast/Verizon/AT&T want. They were the ones bringing the lawsuit, and they won in court today. Net neutrality is dead now thanks to this ruling - no legislation required.
P2P internet...haven't heard much about that. Is it something that is feasible on a wide scale or just an idea at this point?
- Its what alot of the undisclosed and darknet stuff runs on. So i can build a server in my house with content on it, and give you the direct secure IP to it. Then i can provide a means for you to access it, via router. No giant ISP required
