Not sure of the underlyng logic - are those top forms related to your client's product or some cut they use, or something? There doesn't necessarily need to be a rationale, of course, it just feels like you are tryig to say something by using sharp and rounded forms like that - i'm just not sure what. is there a logic behind the fact the middle line in the A hits the outside at the pinnacle whereas elsewhere it doesn't... or was that simply a decision based on the overal height between the two forms?
Alignment of your tagline against logo's full type is.. well, way off.
Reduced forms, in circles, feel more like a logo for an electronics outfit.
Rounded square form crops to an entirely different logo?
Whilst every nature/wood outfit doesn't need to be set in Red/Blue, it does feel like a more muted or naturified choice is demanded by the tagline.
I like where the simplest form, at top, is going - but it feels like it's a sketch rather than a fully-fleshed entity.
