    i used to have a gf1, lovely little cam.

    given how it doesnt have in built image stabalisation (which is particularly vital for tele lenses), you'd need to get a lens with optical stabilisation.

    Theres the 45-200mm


    (which should be fairly inexpensive these days, its decent, exhibits slight softness from 150-200, but its still good)

    or the newer 45-150mm -


    (which is designed to work well with video, hence the HD logo on it, in so far that it has stepless aperture and iirc it should have silent electronic zooming + silent autofocus)

    i expect the 45-150mm to be a fair bit sharper as the 45-200mm is quite old and the modern panasonic lenses are getting great scores on dxomark.
